The MFPA organizes training based on industry surveys and member consultations to ensure courses meet industry needs.
Courses are presented in a variety of formats to accommodate our member's busy schedules. Customized member-specific training is also available. Topics covered include; human resource management, entrepreurial topics, quality control, food plant sanitation, food handling, HACCP, ISO 9000, export marketing and much more.
All MFPA members and their employees receive discounts on registration and tuition fees, and assistance in sourcing and evaluating training options.
The MFPA also partners with various organizations to provide members with discounts on certificate programs, such as; Masters in Project Management, Certificate in Management Development for Organizational Effectiveness, etc.
